MORRISTOWN BUILDER CAPTURES CBA AWARD
1/14/2004
MORRISTOWN, NJ -Fenix Investment & Development, Inc. of Morristown, a builder of luxury custom homes, has been chosen "Builder of the Year" by the Community Builders Association (CBA) of New Jersey. It is the second consecutive CBA award attained by Fenix, who is already enjoying a reputation as a historically-conscious builder creating extraordinary homes for the ever-growing contingent of upscale home buyers in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. The award was presented by CBA officers at a ceremony held in December, 2003, at the Hanover Marriott in Whippany, New Jersey. Patrick O'Neill, President of Fenix, received the award on behalf of his company associates.
The CBA Builder of the Year Award recognizes only a single building professional for efforts toward advancing the goals and objectives of the industry. According to the CBA, the annual Builder of the Year exhibits a high level of leadership both within the industry and among the general community, diligence in achieving objectives, and the ability to meet and overcome challenges.
Fenix garnered the award in a year during which the builder created several new communities in prestigious sections of Morris and Somerset Counties. These included the Georgetowne at Morristown development of 10 luxury townhomes replicating Colonial-era, attached brownstones in downtown Morristown; the Calais Estates enclave of executive estate homes in Mendham Township; Lawnview, a custom-designed, 8,000 sq. ft. manor house on Bernardsville Mountain; and Falcon View at Chatham, an exclusive, 8 home cul-de-sac community currently being marketed and half sold out, in Chatham Township.
The Community Builders Association is comprised of 500 building industry professionals who evaluate the work of builders statewide. The CBA Awards are presented annually at various locations throughout New Jersey. |
