OPEN HOUSE, TOY DRIVE AT EXCLUSIVE MAHWAH COMMUNITY
12/6/2005
MAHWAH, NJ - Fenix Investment & Development, one of nothern New Jersey's most distinguished builders of luxury homes, is sponsoring a holiday toy drive on Sunday, December 11th, from Noon to 3 p.m., during an open house at its elegant new Enclave at Meadow Lake estate home community situated in a serene lakeside location in Mahwah. The Center for Family Resources, a non-profit organization serving low-income children and their families, will be collecting toys from propsective home buyers during the one-day-only event.
"By attending the Open House, home buyers will enhance their holiday season in two significant ways: first by providing a gift for a deserving, underprivileged child, and second by experiencing the first glimpse of Bergen County's finest new single-family home community in a serene lakeside location that is second to none," said Patrick O'Neill, President of Fenix. "Though not fully completed, the home is well into the construction process and will give visitors a chance to imagine how the expansive floor plan may best accommodate their lifestyle." Prices at The Enclave at Meadow Lakes start at $1,450,000.
While home buyers tour the home - one of four available Colonial-inspired designs offering up to 6,000 sq. ft. of living space, as well as up to 5 full bedrooms and 4 full baths - they will also have the opportunity to make a donation and learn more about the work The Center for Family Resources, associated with Head Start, performs for needy families. "Fenix Investment & Development takes every opportunity to reach out to those who are less fortunate," added O'Neill. "There is no more appropriate time to do so than during the holiday season, when families need help the most," he said.
The Enclave at Meadow Lake will be comprised of only 13 luxury estates sited adjacent to the lake, and within half a mile of the Darlington Golf Course, the Campgaw reservation and the Campgaw Mountain ski area as well as numerous shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
