BUILDER ANOUNCES FIRST SALE AT CHESTNUT HILL
1/13/2006
Fenix Investment & Development has confirmed the first sale at its new Chestnut Hill community of luxury townhomes and condominiums in historic downtown Morristown. Construction at Chestnut Hill, fashioned after Fenix's enormously successful and widely acclaimed Georgetowne at Morristown community, continues to progress on schedule, availing homebuyers who purchase now the opportunity to occupy their elegant new homes in early 2006.
"As we anticipated when we first broke ground on this project, the ideal downtown location and accessibility to nearby rail transportation to New York City would attract the upscale buyer we are addressing with the creation of this elegant community," said Patrick O'Neill, President of Fenix. "The popularity of fine urban living in low-maintenance luxury homes is stronger than ever in this area, and Chestnut Hill is a continuance of the high standards set by our Georgetowne at Morristown community a few years back."
The first sale occurred as the builder moves forward with the construction process to make possible the faster delivery. Both community buildings have already been framed and roofed, windows have been installed, and the siding, exterior trim amd stonework have been completed. Chestnut Hill will comprise only eight homes, consisting of three-bedroom, single level condominiums and multi-level townhomes featuring two bedrooms. All have two full bathrooms. Each home bears the builder's signature appointment staples, such as hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchens, extensive custom woodwork and trim details, and lavish master bathrooms. All homes also feature secured underground parking and elevator service.
"We've brought our reputation for replicating stately Colonial architectural characteristics together with top-notch craftsmanship and materials to offer discerning homebuyers the utmost in new home quality in one of the Metropolitan Area's most preferred locations," O'Neill added. "Everything that the homebuyer appreciates most is located within walking distance of Chestnut Hill, which is what our first homebuyer quickly recognized and took advantage of. Shopping, dining, entertainment amd the allure of Morristown's storied past are all part of daily life at this fine community."
