Realizing there are few viable choices for home owners seeking a full service, professional remodeling organization, Fenixbuilt was created to provide the highest quality product in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Our goal is simply to give homeowners the ultimate in comprehensive remodeling services using a qualified, proficient team of craftsmen.

Insurance: We carry all of the insurances needed to properly operate our company and to responsibly execute your project. This includes comprehensive workman’s compensation, general liability and builder’s risk insurance. For everyone’s protection, our insurance policies are issued exclusively by AAA rated insurance companies. It bears mentioning that we are fortunate to pay some of the lowest rates available due to our excellent safety record. In addition, we make sure that all of our contractors are properly insured in order to minimize risk where possible.
Licensing: FenixBuilt is licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey # 13VH01986400. What’s more, we are proud to say that all of our subcontractors who require professional licenses also hold the proper documentation.
Respect: As part of any remodeling project, we are keenly aware that we have been invited onto your property and into your home. As such, our team will have the utmost respect for your personal environment and will do its best to minimize disruption. To avoid these potential pitfalls, we dedicate a skilled and seasoned project manager to each job at its inception. It is the special responsibility of
this individual to manage, coordinate and maintain the highest level of efficiency, organization and work flow. In partnership with the project
manager, regular meetings with the homeowner are also held where all issues are discussed so that pending problems can be handled and defused. We strive to adhere to the schedule and consider a positive relationship and effective communication with the client to be paramount.
